Two-way shipping is included in the service price. Your altered piece will be back with you within 2 weeks.

2. Send us your jewellery
Pack your item securely and include your name and order number.

3. We’ll arrange your postage
After ordering, we’ll email you a link to download your postage label. Attach it to your parcel and send your jewellery to us.

4. We’ll take care of the rest
Our jewellery team will carefully add your chosen birthstone.

5. On its way back to you
Once your piece is ready, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.
