Choose the size, charm or finish available for your piece below. Sterling silver is included in the base price, while oxidised silver, plated and mixed-metal finishes have the listed workshop uplift.

If your existing piece is made from solid 9ct gold, please contact us before ordering via email at hello@poshtottydesigns.com . Our workshop will assess your jewellery and provide a quote.

Two-way shipping is included in the service price. Your jewellery will be back with you within 2 weeks.

How it works

1. Purchase the service
Choose the addition and finish available for your piece, then place your order.

2. Send us your jewellery
Pack your piece securely and include your name and order number.

3. We’ll arrange your postage
After ordering, we’ll email you a link to download your postage label. Attach it to your parcel and send your jewellery to us.

4. We’ll add your new detail
Our jewellers will carefully add your new ring or charm.

5. Back to you
Once your piece is ready, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.

Delivery included

Your return postage is included in the price, so there’s no extra cost to send your jewellery to us and have it returned to you.
