Our expert jewellers will carefully care for and restore your piece, bringing back its beautiful finish so it’s ready to wear, treasure and love for longer.

What does the service include?

Depending on your jewellery and the options you select, our jewellers can:

Carry out careful maintenance, including a professional polish to refresh your existing Posh Totty Designs jewellery.

Replate your jewellery if it is a plated piece, restoring its finish and shine.

Reapply or add black text fill on personalised jewellery, helping your lettering stand out beautifully again.

Replace your chain with a brand-new, shiny chain if you choose this option.

If there’s anything specific you’d like us to know about your piece, simply add your comments in the comments field when purchasing the service.

Two-way shipping is included in the service price. Your jewellery will be returned to you within 4 weeks.

How it works :

1. Purchase The Sparkle Service
Choose the service and any additional options you’d like, such as a new chain.

2. Send your jewellery to us
After placing your order, we’ll email you a link to download your postage label. Please securely package your jewellery and include your name and order number inside the parcel.

3. We’ll take care of the rest
Attach your postage label to the parcel and send it to us. We’ll let you know once your jewellery has arrived safely with our team.

4. Our jewellers get to work
We’ll carefully carry out the selected care and restoration work on your piece.

5. Back to you, Ready to (re)wear
Once your jewellery is ready, we’ll send it back to you with a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.

How long will it take?

Please allow approx 4 weeks for your jewellery to be returned to you. This gives our jewellers the time they need to carefully work on your piece and give it the love and attention it deserves.

Delivery included

Your return postage is included in the price, so there’s no extra cost to send your jewellery to us and have it returned to you.
