Replating Service

Loved your Posh Totty Designs jewellery for years? Our Replating Service can give your piece a beautiful refresh, helping it look as good as new and ready to be worn and loved all over again.

Simply send your jewellery to us after purchasing the service, and our jewellers will carefully replate your piece in-house in our Brighton workshop.

We use 2.5 Microns of gold for rings and bangles and for all other pieces we use 1.5 Microns.

Two-way shipping is included in the service price. Your jewellery will be back with you within 2 weeks.

How it works

1. Purchase the service
Choose this service and place your order. If you have any comments or requests, add them to the comments field.

2. Send us your jewellery
Pack your item securely and include your name and order number.

3. We’ll arrange your postage
After ordering; we’ll email you a link to download your postage label. Attach it to your parcel and send your jewellery to us.

4. We’ll give it some love
Our jewellers will carefully replate your piece.

5. Back to you
Once your jewellery is ready, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.

Delivery included

Your return postage is included in the price, so there’s no extra cost to send your jewellery to us and have it returned to you.
