Ring Resizing

We want you to love your Posh Totty Designs ring from the moment it arrives. If your chosen size isn’t quite right, we offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of purchase, so you can get the perfect fit without the worry.

Free resizing applies to sterling silver and 18ct gold-plated rings without stones, and covers adjustments of up to two ring sizes.

If your ring needs to be resized by more than two sizes, features stones, or is made from solid 9ct gold or set with diamonds, please get in touch with us first.

We’ll assess your ring and let you know what’s possible and which service is right for you.

Our ring resizing service makes it easy to give your favourite piece the fit it deserves.

Two-way shipping is included in the service price, and your ring will usually be back with you within 2 weeks.

 How it works

1. Purchase the resizing service
Choose this service and place your order.

2. Pack your ring
Securely package your ring and include your name and order number.

3. Send it to us
After ordering, we’ll email you a link to download your postage label. Attach it to your parcel and send your ring our way.

4. We’ll take care of it
 Our team will resize your ring with care.

5. Back to you
Once your ring is ready, we’ll send it back with a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.

Delivery included

Your return postage is included in the price, so there’s no extra cost to send your jewellery to us and have it returned to you.
